The things people ask before they book

Cancellation policy

Individual bookings: cancel or move your departure free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in.
Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, is non-refundable. A no-show means arriving more than 10 minutes after your check-in time.
Group and private charters: cancel free of charge up to 3 days before. Inside 3 days the deposit is non-refundable.
If we cancel for weather or safety, you choose between moving your departure or a full refund.

Suitability

Participants must be in good health and free from dizziness or motion sickness.
Not suitable for anyone with high blood pressure, or heart, back or neck problems.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
Closed-toe shoes are required. No sandals, slides or backless footwear.
