4. Participants and waiver

Every participant signs a liability waiver. A parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 19. You do this during checkout, so there is nothing to fill in when you arrive.

This diver can swim unaided in open water and is comfortable holding a breath below the surface. The guide assesses everyone in the water before the dive begins, and can move anyone to snorkelling on the surface instead.

Before you sign

Participants must be in good health and free from dizziness or motion sickness.
Not suitable for anyone with high blood pressure, or heart, back or neck problems.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
Closed-toe shoes are required. No sandals, slides or backless footwear.
